The Governor’s proposal on using the Old Rev & Tax Building in Tiyan as JFK’s temporary building appears to have some hidden motives. Core Tech International invested in a $32 million facility at Tiyan that is to include housing for up to 1,600 workers in preparation of the military build-up. However, the build-up has been delayed due to the economic crisis in our Federal Government. The proposal of using their facility as a temporary building for JFK seems more like a financial bail-out for Core Tech, streaming public money into the hands of private corporations.
