GFT MEMBERS TO PILOT FAMILY FRIENDLY WORKPLACE

Some GPSS Parents of young children will soon be able to bring their children to work thanks to a new pilot program that President Rector and Superintendent Schafer are working on. This program will establish a day care at three school sites initially, south, central and north, which will hopefully be staffed by college students in training to be early childhood educators. It is hoped that this program will work like similar programs in corporations and progressive school districts across the nation and around the world and reduce absenteeism, increase job production and employee retention.
