SAY NO TO CHARTER SCHOOLS

The children of our island need more opportunities, more educational funding, more highly qualified teachers, and more decent schools. Authorizing Charter Schools do not help the children of our island but will only create additional problems. We need to fix what we already have instead of using up funds to create schools that have no real accountability.
