THE INACCESSIBILITY AND EXPENSE OF CHILD CARE AND EARLY EDUCATION IS A NATIONAL PROBLEM, WHICH CALLS FOR A NATIONAL SOLUTION

Now we have a great chance to move good child care policy forward: The Starting Early, Starting Right Act would improve the quality and availability of child care and significantly increase funding to help families pay for child care. But, this bill needs co-sponsors to gain momentum. When Senators co-sponsor a bill, they show their public support, which provides the momentum that will ultimately carry the bill through the Senate.
