INDONESIA: TELL SOL MELIA HOTEL TO RESPECT WORKERS RIGHTS

As trade unionists have long known, sometimes it’s not enough to get a signed collective agreement with an employer. Sometimes, you’ve got to force to employer to implement what they’ve already agreed to. That’s the case in Indonesia, where a Spanish-owned hotel chain is targeting union members for dismissal, withholding money owed to the union from dues check off, and barring union representatives from the premises.
