We believe our workers shouldnâ€™t be penalized for the mistakes of management. The situation with DOE and the 300 federally funded employees is a perfect example of how our workers shouldnâ€™t be threatened to lose their job and pay due to lack of funds. This isnâ€™t the first time our public employees were given such warnings. Our workers shouldnâ€™t suffer because of Managementâ€™s incompetency. A more efficient and effective administration should be top priority in our public agencies so that the lives of our working families are not harmed.
