We believe our workers shouldn’t be penalized for the mistakes of management. The situation with DOE and the 300 federally funded employees is a perfect example of how our workers shouldn’t be threatened to lose their job and pay due to lack of funds. This isn’t the first time our public employees were given such warnings. Our workers shouldn’t suffer because of Management’s incompetency. A more efficient and effective administration should be top priority in our public agencies so that the lives of our working families are not harmed.
