FELLOW SISTER ANDREA PHILLIPS’ HUSBAND, CAPTAIN PHILLIPS RESCUED

Andrea Phillips, wife of Captain Richard Phillips is now safe and back home after being rescued from the Somali Pirates who held him for ransom on a small lifeboat in the Indian Ocean. Mrs. Phillips is a member of the Vermont Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, Local 5221. She is an Emergency Department RN.
