Supporters of Bill 95 flooded the legislature with posters protesting to keep FQ Sanchez Elementary School open. After two attempts in the closure of FQ Sanchez, Senator Matt Rector’s Bill 95 ensures the continued operation of the school for the benefit of the residents of Umatac. Despite the opposition from Senator Telo Taitague, Bill 95 was approved for the voting floor this Friday. Senator Rector, “The children of Umatac deserve the same, quality education just like all the children of Guam.
