One of the most important things our union members must be encouraged to do is actively voice their concerns at work. As a union we are here to represent our members in issues at the workplace, but workers must keep constant communication with their supervisors in order to maintain a productive working environment. Forming Labor-Management Committees is a valuable way to provide feedback to management with workers’ concerns. We have recognized the success in creating these committees and have included them in Collective Bargaining Agreements. Every workplace should and is encouraged to form these committees.
