The private contractor the Port’s Board hired at over a $1,000 per hour couldn’t take the heat we are applying about this theft of public money. He quit, hopped on a plane and left!!! This is a great victory for Guam’s working families that shows we will no longer stand by and let private contractors rape the people of Guam. Now that we are negotiating with people that live on Guam and want a better life for their children, hopefully we will start making progress toward building a fair and better working Port for all of Guam’s families not just for the profits of big corporations.
