AFT UNION BROTHERS & SISTERS WIN FOR GUAM!!!

AFT’s “Pink Hearts, Not Pink Slips” campaign was a success as Congress recently passed legislation that will give more than $26Billion in aid to states and school districts which includes $20M to Guam! The AFT has been actively lobbying in Congress for the past months to keep thousands of educators in the nation employed and thanks to President Rector’s efforts Guam was included in AFT’s lobbying once again winning for our families. GFT Members and their families have much to be proud of for being part of union that will fight for our children’s education. This is a perfect example of how important it is to stay united and actively participate in our efforts of improving our quality of life. Together We Win!!!
