In august of 2003 the Guam Education Policy Board stole an entire paycheck from teachers and even though the Civil Service Commission and Judges Barret-Anderson, and Lamorena have ordered DOE to pay teachers back it has yet to happen.

In 2006 DOE Superintendent and GFT President Matt Rector Co-Signed a letter to Governor Camacho asking him to release enough cash so that justice could be served and teachers could be repaid but the money was instead used for other purposes.

Every elected official says that public education is a priority. Let’s ask them to demonstrate this by repaying the people that are responsible for the education of our children, their teachers.
