FURLOUGH JUSTICE DELAYED AGAIN!!!

DOE Teachers have yet to win justice with their seven year furlough battle even after court mandates, Civil Service Commission decisions, and Guam Education Policy Board votes all favoring to pay them back. A hearing was scheduled with Judge Lamorena today regarding the furlough but no resolution came out it. Instead of resolving the case, it was referred to Judge Barrett-Anderson. GFT will continue fighting for justice as our Teachers deserve every single cent plus interest owed to them.
