As an assistant AG, Frank Gumataotao ensured that DOE, GMH, and DPHSS negotiated in good faith which won teachers their best contract ever and Nurses and Eligibility Specialists their first contract.
Frank Gumataotao served our members well as a Field Representative for GFT from 1981 to 1989.
Frank Gumataotao was an active union member of GFT as a Teacher.
Frank Gumataotao has demonstrated that he will enforce the law for Guam’s working families not just for the Chamber of Commerce and Guam’s ruling class.
