GWA MANAGEMENT COMMITS UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE

On October 1, 2010, GWA General Manager John Benavente finally responded to a letter from President Rector sent in July of this year following up on their approval of the GWA Contract. Benavente refuses to sign and attempts to control and dominate how the GFT communicate with members and ratify Collective Bargaining Agreements. This clearly is evidence on their act of Bad Faith. An Unfair Labor Practice Complaint which includes a list of all the other evidence of Bad Faith will be forwarded to appropriate Federal Agencies unless GWA Management agrees to go back to the negotiating table by next week.
