RATS ABANDONING THEIR SINKING SHIP?

Is it just a coincidence that two of the Directors, who have not negotiated in good faith with GFT, have quit now that President Rector is back as Chief Negotiator and threatening to pull federal Grants from their agencies? Both Port Manager Glen Leon Guerrero and DPW Director Larry Perez announced they were resigning just days after President Rector sat back down at the bargaining table and let them know President Obama had issued executive orders stating he would suspend federal funding to anyone who commits an Unfair Labor Practice. While local law and the ire of working people in their agencies and beyond didn’t seem to faze them, our friends in Washington pulling hundreds of millions of dollars hopefully will force them to do the right thing and obey the law!!!
