We are currently working on a pay scale that is fair and helps retain valuable workers because unfortunately the new Hay Plan creates many problems that are not right for our workers. Our pay scale will address the three major issues: (1) Senior Employees being capped out (2) Remaining 20% PAY INCREASE for Public Safety officers (3) Autonomous agencies. Capping out senior employees and taking away increases that is set by law doesn’t give the respect and fairness our workers deserve.
