The Superior Court of Guam has issued GFT’s alternate writ of mandate for GWA’s Management to come back to the table and start negotiating in good faith. GWA’s management has refused to approve their employees’ contract and attempted to control how GFT communicates with their members which are clearly evidence of their act of bad faith. Management must adhere to the stipulations stated on the Writ of Mandate, and now GWA workers are a step closer to getting their contract in place.
