President Rector reached a Tentative Agreement with Alutiiq today for DODEA School bus drivers that won a 14.5% raise in wages and a 16.5% raise in health and welfare pay over the next three years! The contract also had wins in vacation pay increase of up to 2 additional weeks of paid leave per year and an extra day of personal leave. Negotiations with Alutiiq went smoothly with both sides working in good faith to meet each other’s needs over a series of conference calls. The CBA will now go to the membership for ratification.
