ER&D STUDENTS GET A SURPRISE TALK FROM RACHEL SANTOS OF ABC FEDERATION

The students of the Educators’ Rights and Responsibilities class were able to hear input from Rachel Santos of ABC Federation who made a short visit to the island yesterday. Santos is a 4th grade teacher and Building Representative at her school as well as an ER&D Trainer. As students of the class were discussing issues at their work sites with Santos they came to realize that all teachers face similar issues nationwide, and while their teachers make more our students have better educational opportunities thanks to lower class sizes.
