Teachers, it’s your profession, your students and your contract so stand for them on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Inarajan Elementary School 6:30pm.  Board members need to hear how hard you work at school and at home to be a good teacher; about the challenges you face and overcome, in spite of DOE’s deficiencies for your students; and how important it is that your working conditions and your students’ learning conditions are protected in writing by a binding contract.

Parents, Board members need to hear that you want them to work with teachers to improve your child’s education; that you are not fooled by false promises; and that you want your child’s learning conditions, which are their teachers’ working conditions, protected by a binding a contract. Look out for GFT Directional signs if you’re not familiar with the area.
