LET THE 99% BE HEARD!

Last October over 200 teachers, parents and children exercised their union strength by speaking truth to power and won a huge victory!  With this victory, we have re-established our place in the U.S. and the Global union movement.  We fought back and won against the Anti-Teacher, Public worker and trade union movement that the richest 1% and big corporations have been pushing through their media and politicians.  Whether you are a dockworker struggling to have a family life or bus driver striving for better working conditions, your challenges are all of our challenges.  Teachers demonstrated what can be done and we can all take strength and courage from them by standing up for yourself and your family together.  Nurses, fire fighters, police officers, dock workers, bus drivers, clerks, school aides, stand up for your jobs, your family and your island!
