ROBBING FROM THE POOR AND THE MIDDLE CLASS AND GIVING TO THE RICH!

The Office of Public Accountability released their report which indicates that Guam’s General Fund is in deficit by $349M! Thanks to Republicans in Congress that continue to allow Guam’s rich to skate out on paying their fair share of taxes and Guam’s legislature that continue to allow most big corporations to get HUGE tax breaks, our families will suffer. How can we provide our people the public services they need when we underfund our public structure year after year? Instead of cutting the budget we should be cutting the gifts to big Corps and the rich!!!
