WILL YOU STAND?

Will you stand for your career? Will you stand for your union brothers and sisters? Will you stand for your family? Will you stand for your island? These are the questions we all need to ask ourselves right now. While we have protected thousands of members’ jobs and managed to stem the tide of abuse and assaults on our standard of living we haven’t been able to push it back through lawyers or fancy speeches. If we want to move forward then we have to do what has worked since time immemorial: STAND TOGETHER. In the next couple of months we will start putting pressure on island decision makers every way we possibly can. We will make phone calls, send faxes and write letters. We will stand! But what we win depends on you. I will be on the picket line, will you join me? I will make the calls, will you join me? I will stand for your family, will you join me?
