CAN I BE FIRED AT WILL WITHOUT A TEACHERS’ CONTRACT IN PLACE?

No.  Even though, technically, there is no contract in place, teachers cannot be fired at will. Adverse actions (firing, suspensions etc) are set by law and thus have never been in the teachers’ contract. Henceforth, nothing has changed.
