JOSEFA CRUZ CERTEZA “TAN PAI” HONORED AS MASTER SURUHANA

The Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency recognized Josefa Cruz Certeza “Tan Pai” for achieving the honor of being a Master Healer “Suruhana”.  She has preserved the art of using Chamorro medicine and has healed many families.  The 31st Guam Legislature also presented her with a resolution recognizing and commending her years of service as a Suruhana.
