SCHOOL BOARD TRIES TO REDUCE TEACHER PAY BY 38%

In their attempts to illegally circumvent the GFT by increasing teachers workload, work day and number of days worked in a year via Board action the GEB instead of negotiating they will destroy public education.  Guam’s teachers are already the lowest paid in the nation with the worst health insurance and retirement plan so why does the GEB want to further reduce their pay by 38%?  Do they hate public school students?  When a teacher’s work load is increased the less time they can concentrate on each student.  Do they just hate teachers?
