DOE BOARD AGREES TO OPEN NEGOTIATIONS

GFT would like to congratulate the newly elected Chair, Dr. Jose Cruz, and Vice-Chair, Peter Alecxis, of the DOE Board!  Our attempt in getting back to the table was recognized by the Chair and Vice-Chair at their first board meeting yesterday.  We look forward to proceeding as they have acknowledged their intentions of opening up negotiations.  However, we would like an official response in writing ending their indefinite caucus.  The next board meeting will be on Wednesday, February 20th at Truman Elementary School at 6pm.
