Workers of Rome Research successfully negotiated a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)! This is the third CBA negotiated and approved since their membership with GFT. Members were able to negotiate for a pay increase in their salaries as well as an increase in their health and welfare benefits. We are excited to continue this great working relationship with the management of Rome Research that ensures good working conditions for our members.
