Help GFT “make the connection” for the new teachers excited and anxious to hit the classrooms this coming year by sharing your knowledge and experience to our members and readers! Send your favorite teaching tips to GFT and we can compile a “GFT, Making the Connection” tip sheet for all our members. This is a great way to welcome new teachers and help them grasp what is in store for them. Members can also visit AFT’s Share My Lesson website that offers free online access to teaching resources and ideas from teachers all across the nation. This summer break would be a great time to check out the materials on Share My Lesson and start putting together a list of tips for your fellow colleagues.
