After a long process of negotiations, the Port Authority of Guam Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) has been signed by GFT and the Port’s Board in November 2012.  Currently, the CBA is at the Attorney General’s office (AG) for review before obtaining a final signature from Governor Eddie Calvo.  GFT’s attempt in acquiring further status on the CBA has been rejected by the AG’s office.  However, GFT will continue to follow-up with the Governor’s office.  GFT hopes there will be a more established CBA process for future CBAs.
