RESOLVING CASES AT THE LOWEST LEVEL POSSIBLE

We have improved the Standard Operating Procedures on how to handle all matters brought forth to the office to ensure members are receiving the service they need.  GFT staff will ask specific questions when members call the office so that we can direct the calls properly.  Our focus will be on handling these cases at the lowest level possible.
