The proposed standards of unethical conduct defined in Bill No. 420-32 is alarmingly vague for Guam’s educators which poses a lot of uncertainty as to what exactly is determined as a misconduct. This may lead to a lot of misinterpretations that can cause serious harm to an educator’s career. GFT will be submitting a testimony explaining concerns of this bill at the public hearing on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 5pm at the Guam Legislature public hearing room. If you have any input on this bill that you would like us to consider including in our testimony, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org or you may attend the hearing and express your concerns before the legislative committee. Bill 421-32 regarding educator certification will also be heard.
