Teachers, support staff, bus drivers and private-sector workers gathered in Hagatna waving in support of Port workers who are still waiting for their collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The GFT-Port CBA has been signed and ratified by GFT and the Port Board of Directors since November 2012.  However, the Port General Manager has been holding back the CBA process and giving unclear answers to why the CBA hasn't been sent to the Governor for signature. We need straight answers. The Port is important for all of us. Port workers move the goods that make our economy grow. A CBA will give them the voice and respect they need to keep Guam's Port safe, efficient and thriving.
