The collective bargaining negotiations for DODEA bus drivers have been completed. Members will be holding a ratification meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Members were able to negotiate an increase in their salaries and extended bereavement leave. They were also able to negotiate that their health and welfare contributions be included in their salaries for eligible employees. This is a great example of union members working with management to ensure that their employees are provided with good benefits and working conditions.
