After months of waiting to finalize the ground rules for the DPW collective bargaining agreement (CBA), GFT’s negotiating team was able to meet with the DPW management team to agree on terms to negotiate the CBA. The ground rules have been signed and now officiates moving forward to the next negotiation meetings. At the next meetings, proposals will be laid out from both teams. This is great news for our bus drivers as this is progress in finally getting a new CBA in place!
