GFT will be hosting its 9th annual free TB testing for members, their spouse and children and 2nd annual Health Fair in the center court of the Agana Shopping Center from 10:00am – 3:00pm! There will be booths from Moylan’s NetCare Life and Health Insurance, Buenas Inc, Marianas Physicians Group, Island Eye Special Lasik, MedPharm/LabTech, Victim Advocates Reaching Out, Vida BJJ, Guam Early Intervention System – DOE SPED and more.
Bring the family down and receive great health information and get a chance to win raffle prizes! Each GFT member who attends the event will receive a raffle ticket as well as any non-members who visit the GFT table and signs up for the GFT eUpdate Newsletter mailing list.
Please bring your shot records or any other documents needed for the TB Test. Any members or nurse members who would like to volunteer for the event may contact the GFT office at 735-4390.
