GFT has been communicating with management of the Guam Fire Department in moving forward with the collective bargaining process for our fire fighters, fire service specialists and E-911 emergency medical dispatchers.  Both parties agree that the collective bargaining agreement will not only protect the working conditions of our fire fighters today but the future generations.  The collective bargaining agreement was signed by both chief negotiators in 2008 and will need to be ratified.  GFT started work site visits at the fire stations updating members on their collective bargaining agreement.  If your station hasn’t been visited then please contact the office at 735-4390.
