GFT President, Tim Fedenko, and GFT Vice President, Sanjay Sharma, met with Governor Eddie Calvo this week to discuss the pending collective bargaining agreements for the Port Authority employees and the Department of Education Support Staff. Governor Calvo assured the GFT officers that he is willing to sign the collective bargaining agreements upon the Attorney General’s signature. We are experiencing difficulties in obtaining information from the Attorney General’s office but hope that both the Port Authority Board and Guam Education Board follow through with the process in forwarding the agreements to the Attorney General and the Governor for signatures.
