Being part of an organization with thousands of other workers who believe in fairness in the workplace and having a voice in their working conditions is something that should be valued and taken pride in. It’s not always easy to speak out for what is right but having the legal right to do so is something that workers shouldn’t be afraid to use. If you have issues at work that you feel isn’t right, then let your steward know. If you don’t have a steward, then contact the GFT Office and a field representative will assist you. If there is an issue that a majority of your coworkers feel isn’t right, then speak out together. Our strength is in numbers. There is more power with a thousand voices.
