GFT staff and representatives have been visiting several work sites in the past two months updating members on the status of their collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and hearing their concerns regarding their working conditions. There are a growing number of members stepping up as stewards for their work sites to represent employees and ensure their voice in their working conditions is heard. There will be a steward conference for initial training and a refresher course in the works.
