GFT COMPLAINT ON EDUCATOR CONDUCT STILL IN DISTRICT COURT OF GUAM

Although Bill 209 presents amendments to Public Law 236 on professional educator conduct, the complaint against the Guam Commission on Education Certification that the GFT filed is still in the U.S. District Court. Should the additional amendments suggested by GFT representatives be included in the law, there will be no need for the complaint to remain in Court.
