Port Authority General Manager, Joanne Brown, will need to appear in court on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 9:30am in the courtroom of Judge Mike Bordallo to explain why she has not taken action on the Port/GFT Collective Bargaining Agreement. GFT filed a Writ of Mandate ordering Brown to forward the CBA to the Attorney General’s Office for review and appropriate action. The CBA has been signed and ratified by the Port Board and GFT in 2012. Governor Calvo acknowledged his signature approval of the CBA upon the Attorney General’s review.
