Fire Chief Joey San Nicolas has appointed Vivian Perez-Quichocho and Assistant Fire Chief Michael Uncangco as members of their negotiation team. The first negotiation meeting for the Firefighters’ collective bargaining agreement will begin upon the submission of additional team members for management.
