The Public Hearing for Bill 317-33 regarding Guam’s membership with the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE) program was held Thursday, September 29th but written testimonies may still be submitted to senator@senatorbjcruz.com until ten days after the Hearing. The Bill would allow Guam’s students a reduced rate for tuition at over 150 Higher Education Public Institutions off-island. This is a great experience for our students and opportunity for them to share fresh ideas in our island. Please show your support by submitting a testimony.
