CCU APPROVES FIRST GFT – GWA COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT!

The Consolidated Commission on Utilities (CCU) approved the very first GFT – GWA Collective Bargaining Agreement on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the CCU meeting.  The agreement has been signed and ratified by GFT, GWA and the CCU.  The agreement is now active and in effect.  This is a great victory for the workers of the Guam Waterworks Authority!
