The Competitve Wage Act Appeals were submitted to the Department of Administration (DOA) for a response nearly two years ago. GFT representatives have consistently followed up and met with DOA Human Resource staff for decisions regarding the Appeals and were repeatedly told responses were sent to all those who filed. If you were one of the many teachers who filed an Appeal, then please let us know if you received a response from DOA and what the response says, as GFT has not seen any to date.
