The GFT Negotiation team for the DOE Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement will need four (4) member representatives for each Special Area: Fine Arts, Practical Arts, Special Education, Library and Audio-Visual Services, Guidance Counseling, School Health Counselors, Computer Program, Head Start and ESL.
