GFT and GWA agreed to create a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The MOU recognizes that in the event the new Rules and Regulations established for the Agency differ, then both parties will amend any conflicting language. The MOU will be ratified by both the membership and Agency before the final approval of the MOU and CBA by the Consolidated Commission on Utilities.
